WE
WANT ALL STUDENTS TO BE SATISFIED:
-All refunds on
full price Drop-in class cards must requested within 3 days of
purchase. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS on 3 class special cards. DROP-IN
5 class card extensions beyond the
expiration date cost $5 for one extra month. Zumba class cards may
be extended for 2 weeks for a $5 fee. No exceptions. We regret that we can not admit you
into class
without your card. Please keep it in a safe place.
-REFUNDS
& CREDITS on Special Workshops must be
requested WITHIN 3 DAYS OF WORKSHOP'S FIRST CLASS. You will be
issued a refund MINUS the fee for the one class you took PLUS A $3.00
processing fee if paid with credit card or check. NO refunds on
special, discounted sampler class cards.
Transfers
to a different workshop than the one you signed up for must be
requested 2 days BEFORE the second class meets.
-Make-up
classes are a courtesy, but not an obligation as we do not always
offer a suitable choice to fit everyone's schedule. We try very
hard to please, & most of the time we CAN arrange a suitable
class, provided it is requested BEFORE the expiration date on the
workshop card.
-All Special Workshop cards must be
used up by the expiration on the card. Workshop cards are not extended
beyond the expiration date for any reason. ALL CREDITS TOWARDS A
FUTURE WORKSHOP MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN THREE DAYS FROM WHEN THE DATE
THE WORKSHOP STARTED. We regret that we can not issue
credits beyond that time.
PRIVATE
LESSONS are set up by appointment. ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS require 48 hours
notice, or client will be charged for the lesson booked.
